This was so very long ago, but Ruche never disappoints with their lookbooks. I can't help but hope for a wedding this swoon-worthy someday. :)

Golden Gate Park
Dress: Zara Printed Dress with Peter Pan Collar
Sweater: Gap
Bag: ASOS
Shoes: Dolce Vita
I went to San Francisco yesterday to view the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibit in the de Young Museum. It was so fascinating to learn about the ideas behind his designs and to discover how fashion is defined in his eyes. If you are in San Francisco in the near future, go check it out for yourself!
Speaking of fashion, this is my first fashion post! Quite honestly though, I felt rather silly posing for all the pictures and I was crossing my fingers that they would turn out all right. Despite my embarrassment, I was happy to soak in some of the sunlight peeking through the clouds. It was a perfect way to enjoy the afternoon: strolling along the Music Concourse garden and taking pictures with the beautiful fountains and structures all around me. Oh, how I love San Francisco! It is-- hands down-- one of my all-time favorite cities.

Sea stars at the sea shore
I had the lovely opportunity to play with sea stars in biology lab today. They are such fascinating creatures, and it was such fun getting to interact with them! I found these photos (sources, anyone?) on We Heart It and thought they were so pretty. I feel ready for summer somehow, even though we've barely had winter here in California. Normally, I enjoy the rain and brisk temperatures of the colder seasons, but I wouldn't mind a bit of sand in between my toes and the warmth of the sun on my back...

Monsieur Moustache
Last week, my friend in my model making class for design was wearing a t-shirt that reminded me of this poster that I saw on Ducks Like Tea from several years ago. Isn't it just fabulous? Honestly, I'm not much of a poster person, but I would love to have this in my room somewhere. It seems to emphasize the beauty and diversity of typography, don't you think? Not to mention, it's got a wonderful quirkiness about it that's just about irresistible...
